After the two-door 3 and 4 series, BMW today launched a completely new version of the 4 Series with 4 doors, sporty styling.
The 4 Gran Coupe of 2022 has a large and wide grille according to BMW’s new design.
The styling of the car is similar to the newly introduced electric i4.
The 4 Series is sportier than the 3 Series, while the Gran Coupe is a 4-door, 4-seater version.
The easiest way to distinguish a 4 Series Gran Coupe from a 3 Series, even though both have four doors, is with a sportier design with a sharply curved bonnet.
For this reason, the space, especially the height of the rear seats, will be slightly lower than in row 3.

Prominent on the front is a large grille, with characteristic LED light clusters.
If you want you can choose Adaptive lamps with laser bulbs instead of standard LED bulbs.
The car has many similarities with the electric i4, the most distinguishing point is the details of the grille border, the lines running along the sides and the rear on the i4 are blue.
The overall length of the car reaches 4783mm, which is about 140mm longer than the previous generation (the generation bearing the code F36).
Legroom for the rear seats can be expected to be a bit more spacious than the old generation thanks to the 46mm longer wheelbase.
2022 BMW 4 Series Gran Coupe still has borderless doors like the old generation.
The interior of the car bears many similarities with the new 4 Series and 3 Series.
Seats and steering wheel are all sports equipment, optional Harman Kardon speakers, ambient lights or a sunroof are equipment for the M Sport package.
By default, the new 4 Series Gran Coupe will be equipped with an 8″8 entertainment screen and a 5″1 rear screen, but users can upgrade the Pro version with a 12″3 entertainment screen and control screen. 10″25″
The rear seat compartment of the 4 Series Gran Coupe can be folded down and connected to the luggage compartment to create more spacious storage space.
Regarding the engine, BMW will initially offer 4 engine options, including the 420i Gran Coupe with 2.0L, capacity of 184 horsepower and acceleration to 96km / h in 7.9 seconds.
